History of injury: Suffered an AC joint sprain in her left arm six months ago.

Sport: Volleyball (left handed)

Movement Assessments 
Performed exceptionally well on reactive tests 
Performed well on basic strength tests 
Performs poorly on any agility drill, which required movement further than three strides 
Struggled to get up to speed and struggled to decelerate 


Background 
She started a resistance training programme as part of the rehabilitation for her shoulder injury. 
Her coach suggests her spiking would improve if she was stronger in the upper body.
